I was born as evidently all humans tend to be and currently reside in Rochester, NY, raring to further experience the shared test tube we call 'life' with friends, old and new!

I'll try almost anything once.

Or, at least, that was my motto until someone offered me a beef testicle for some kind of an Asian appetizer. I'm sorry, but just because it had a nice brown ginger/garlic sauce did NOT make it appetizing.

I do, however, love to learn and experience other new things.. so I've climbed (I crawled for a couple days when I was a baby), swinglined, ziplined, I've traveled and want to do so more as I haven't yet been mugged in shady sides of the world (I love immersing myself in other cultures even if I AM a stupid, brute, American.. wait, no, I'm Canadian!); I'm cavalier enough to shrug off mercury poisoning each time I eat Sashimi and I somehow manage to dance well to good music with attractive women – but oddly enough I suck on a balance beam and land flat on my gonzo nose (and I'm supposed to be some kind of Martial Artist, HA!). I'm still iffy with Salsa, any more Latin women wanna give me a hand in learning? ;)

Of course, I enjoy all the standard fare – clubbing, watching and debating the finer points of sappy subtitled French flicks with friends or just having interesting convos, reading criminal justice books in cozy coffee shops along with a latte.. or espresso.. so that I can figure out how to get away with murder (hey, my 'rents used to say I got away with it; I have to be sure it sticks) amongst other nerdy books so that there's always something interesting to discuss. When I have down time or feel the need for 'me time,' my favorite activities become reading (not just on the toilet, kids), sleeping or just lounging around (not like I don't hit the snooze every other day, haha).

I love sharing my profound, elucidating knowledge (snickers at self) with people whether or not they want to hear it, such as writing our BRILLIANT politicians about the bang-up job they're doing in office. Oh, and I've written a poem or two in my day (okay, dozens, so what!)..

I love cooking gourmet Italian food (and drinking good vino) for – and I'm told I'm supposedly good with my hands so I don't mind giving massages to – friends and femme fatales, so long as they're the kind that are worth that kind of attention (so getting to know you first is usually a plus).

My hands prove useful in other ways, too, not only can I make obscene gestures (including in Sign Language) and execute defty Martial Art techniques, but, like, I can build computers and mess with just about anything technological thanks to my (yawn) stint in college. I enjoy taking photographs of nude frogs and exploiting them in the name of 'art' (okay, actually, I like taking pictures in general .. I love capturing the essense of a moment and making it timeless through a good photo). Not only am I a practicing Buddhist, but I also practice Reiki and Joray / Johrei, all of which have furthered my sense of compassion and patience.

I'm a Taurus, and for those that find That Thing called the Zodiac to be complete and utter crap, you'll be dismayed – or not – to note that I AM honest, blunt, stubborn, loyal, procrastinatory and determined, just like my alter ego, the bull. That in mind, I'm a lover AND a fighter (when it's WORTH loving or fighting for)… I really hate bullshit, conceited people and games, soo if that's your thing, please don't bother and move on to the next sucka.

I'm a Monkey in the Chinese Zodiac, so that means I'm curious, intelligent, and ironically moronic enough to stick my finger in a light socket just to see how it works. I did that once by accident, I swear! I was changing a light bulb on a bed lamp and accidentally touched the conductor.

So now, yes, I can change a light bulb without making it an illuminatingly shocking affair.

Together, this mix of signs makes me a weird mix of stop/go.. but I'm definitely more like the energizer rabbit.. ;)

I'm a bizarre mix of realist and idealist – a dreamer who is down-to-earth in method and personality.. but there's so much more to me; so hence the old cliche – you gotta get to know me to find out! ;)

As far as ethnicity goes, I'll give you a hint: I'm not Native American, pfft!
